- Law School: Obtained L.L.B. degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1972.

Current membership in the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (since 1972). Pro hac vice admissions to the other U.S. District Courts in Florida, Puerto Rico, Southern District of Georgia, Southern District of West Virginia, Southern District of Louisiana and others. Admitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and formerly to the Seventh and Fifth. Inactive past member of the Indiana Bar. Former President and Board Member of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Former Co-Editor of Broward Barrister, previous member of various Florida Bar Committees.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Bill is a Certified Civil Circuit Mediator and a qualified Arbitrator.
LEGAL EXPERIENCE:
Bill has extensive litigation experience, both civil and criminal. He is available to mediate all
civil circuit cases and also serves as a Special Magistrate and Umpire.
